The pools are nice and cover a large area.
The room was not great. I had booked a bungalow. Instead, I got a standard room near the stage so it was very noisy. I had to call multiple times to get moved to a bungalow with a pool view, as it should have been in the first place.

I enjoyed the hotel's variety of activities. There was a VR room with family-friendly games. Riding bikes at night with my family was especially fun. The aqua park is amazing. The food quality and variety were fantastic. Staff members were both professional and helpful.
The room was not as clean as I hoped. I asked for it to get a deep clean, the cleaner and supervisor came quickly. The waves were not as fun without rubber rings. My kids didn't have them on, so it wasn't as fun.

the facilities are amazing and so many activities exist. the renovated rooms include nice space and cleanliness. pools all around. animation characters were around every corner. free popcorn, cotton candy, and pizza were often given. a great variety of food options catered to all tastes.
i found that some of the newer staff lacked service skills. they was unapproachable. they seemed rude at times.

this was honestly a fantastic holiday. the aqua park was so fun and it was nice the hotel has two aqua parks to choose from. i liked the surf machine and the water gym course so much. it is good this hotel has a variety of facilities to choose from.
our first room was by the main stage. the music was so loud until 11pm and did not allow us to sleep. when you ring for a transfer with bags from the room , you will wait 40-70 mins.

staff were cute and super friendly , always smiling and ready to assist. guest relations are helpful if you ever need anything so i recommend them. i really enjoyed this stay.

i loved the water slides, they were very fun. the restaurants provided an amazing experience as did the shows. the staff were friendly and helpful, and lines were not too long.

This resort boasts aqua games for all ages. Upgrading to a new suite provided a large, clean space near aqua activities. The hotel offers many restaurants with good food choices. Animation teams, aqua gym, foam parties, and after-dinner parties entertained us. Free kids' games ran nightly. The hotel felt safe for children.
The volume from the entertainment at night was a bit loud sometimes.

The room included a comfortable bed. Air conditioning maintained a consistent temperature. A balcony offered a view of the pool. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean.
